📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end strategy and roadmap for catalog attributes • Align cross-functional partners around outcomes, success metrics, and milestones • Translate complex problems into structured plans and drive execution from discovery through launch, iteration, and scale • Coordinate development involving Operations, Engineering, Machine Learning, Legal, and commercial partners • Use data and customer insights to run experiments, identify root causes, and design solutions balancing speed and accuracy • Define KPIs, interpret results, and make tradeoffs between precision and recall • Build relationships and feedback loops across Product, Engineering, Design, Analytics, Operations, Machine Learning, Sales, Ads, Search, Legal, Brand, and Support • Establish governance rituals, quality dashboards, postmortems, and platform investments for operational excellence • Work alongside 7 engineers and partner with Machine Learning and Operations within the Catalog product organization

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience • Meaningful experience in catalog, data platforms, content systems, or ML/AI-adjacent products • Ownership of complex, cross-functional programs with measurable impact • Ability to set strategy, prioritize, and deliver outcomes in fast-paced environments • Experience building governance structures and quality systems • Proficiency using data to drive decisions, define KPIs, partner with Analytics, interpret experiments, and reason about precision/recall and ML model tradeoffs • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Preferred: experience in marketplaces, logistics, e-commerce, or consumer technology • Preferred: A/B testing, SQL, dashboards, product attribute systems, catalog data, content management, data pipelines, ML extraction workflows, quality evaluation frameworks, legal/compliance and data products, and people leadership
