📋 Description

• Support the coordination of member healthcare services • Assist with intake, screening, and triage of care team tasks • Interact with members, providers, and internal teams to gather information • Maintain accurate and compliant documentation within internal systems • Conduct non‑clinical research to support case activity • Monitor cases for needed follow‑up or program referrals • Uphold quality and regulatory standards by adhering to company policies

🎯 Requirements

• Strong knowledge of medical terminology and multitasking abilities • 2–4 years of experience as a medical assistant or in a medical office setting • Experience with call centers (inbound/outbound) and prior authorizations • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment • High School Diploma or GED required
