📋 Description

• Provide comprehensive support and service to behavioral health clinical teams • Support member engagement and facilitate delivery of appropriate quality care • Improve program and operational efficiency involving clinical issues • Conduct outreach to members about specialty programs and solicit participation • Assist members in locating services and facilitate follow-up calls • Collect information on patient progress and adherence to treatment plans • Provide information about mental health and substance abuse benefits, community treatment resources, managed care programs, and Aetna policies and procedures • Work closely with clinicians to support healthy member outcomes • Conduct provider and community resource searches • Handle Transition of Care requests • Execute letters of agreement with non-par providers • Obtain discharge verifications and non-complex authorizations • Perform work involving extended sitting, telephone conversations, and computer typing

🎯 Requirements

• 2 years Behavioral Health care experience • 1+ years Customer Service experience • Proficiency with computer skills, including navigating multiple systems and keyboarding • Wired residential broadband service with internet speeds of at least 25 mbps/3mbps • Associates Degree OR equivalent combination of education and experience • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm in the employee's time zone • Bilingual skills preferred, preferably Spanish, but any language is considered • Previous Managed Care experience preferred • Psychology or Social Services experience preferred
