📋 Description

• Partner with the client's Global Real Estate Team on tactical and strategic occupancy planning • Build strong relationships across business units, stakeholders, and facility teams • Conduct facility audits and gather space and adjacency requirements to update layouts • Prepare monthly reporting, data audits, and utilization tracking • Simplify complex spatial data into clear, actionable insights • Consolidate data and floor plans into client-ready presentations • Ask insightful questions to understand client needs and propose solutions

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in occupancy or space planning, interior office planning, furniture planning/management, or move/project management within corporate real estate • Strong written and verbal communication skills across organizational levels • Working knowledge of AutoCAD, CAFM, or BI systems • Analytical and critical thinking skills with sound decision-making ability • High attention to detail, particularly with numbers and spatial data • Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, XLOOKUP, and formulas • Ability to interpret floor plans • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, including presentation building • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
