📋 Description
• analyzing Client's specialty benefit requests • inputting data into RxClaim to maintain specialty benefits • building of new Specialty benefits for clients • emphasize data analysis and review of client documentation • analysis completed using RxClaim and analytical tools (i.e. MS Excel and MS Access) • querying, data analysis, manual updates to RxClaim, testing changes using EZ-Test and macros • reviewing test claims for accuracy • using SalesForce to track work and monitor TAT • confirming client intent when necessary and ensuring complete client documentation is included with all requests
🎯 Requirements
• 1 year prior work experience in Microsoft applications • 1 year prior work experience in RxClaim Coding, RxClaim Query/EZ Query
