📋 Description

• Manage day-to-day talent acquisition and recruitment activities • Lead the development and execution of patient recruitment strategies • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including clinical operations, marketing, and external vendors • Analyze recruitment data and trends to identify challenges • Engage with patient advocacy groups and community organizations • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and ethical guidelines

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, healthcare, or a related field • Proven experience in patient recruitment for clinical trials • Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and best practices • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess recruitment data • Commitment to ensuring ethical and compliant recruitment practices
