📋 Description

• Deliver expert clinical pharmacy support, medication therapy management, and patient education • Provide direct counseling and education on prescription medications, over-the-counter products, and health-related topics • Conduct medication therapy reviews and monitor medication utilization patterns • Identify opportunities to improve patient outcomes • Explain medication instructions, potential side effects, and drug interactions • Review and assess prescription and over-the-counter medication profiles • Support prescription processing, inventory management, and medication order accuracy • Collaborate with healthcare providers and interdisciplinary partners to optimize medication therapy and treatment plans • Verify prescriptions and identify contraindications or interactions • Support safe medication dispensing practices • Participate in immunization efforts and disease management programs • Stay current on pharmacy laws, regulations, and industry standards

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of work experience • Licensed Pharmacist in State of residence • Advanced problem-solving and decision-making skills • Advanced knowledge of medical terminology • Advanced collaboration and teamwork skills • Advanced growth mindset skills, including agility and developing self and others • Advanced execution and delivery skills, including planning, delivering, and supporting work • Ability to evaluate the relative costs and benefits of potential actions and make sound decisions • Advanced digital literacy skills • Doctorate (PharmD)
