📋 Description

• Manage nationwide callouts • Process Workbrain payroll corrections for the fleet • Perform various administrative tasks • Timely handle callouts • Review and analyze Workbrain payroll corrections related to staffing and scheduling • Collaborate with the direct supervisor, regional coordinators, and field leaders • Provide weekend coverage and work varying shifts between 6:00 AM and 9:00 PM Eastern Time across 4–5 days per week

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in workforce scheduling or a related field • High School diploma or GED equivalent • Knowledge of workforce scheduling practices • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills • Excellent customer service and communication skills across all levels (Providers, SPMs, ADs, Leadership) • Ability to negotiate and influence effectively • Comfortable working independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced environment (in-person or virtual) • Strong organizational and prioritization skills • Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and web-based applications • Prior experience with scheduling software preferred • Ability to see the big picture and adapt to change • Demonstrates integrity and a positive attitude • Availability to work East Coast hours • Willingness to work 20 hours per week, including every other weekend • Participation in a holiday rotation
