📋 Description

• Complete daily routes for pre-assigned in-home measure appointments efficiently and accurately • Provide quality professional customer service meeting or exceeding company standards and customer expectations • Create, maintain, and improve customer relationships during daily customer interactions • Support sales, product inquiries, in-home measurements, and installation coordination • Provide accurate measurements, calculations, quote review, and presentation • Describe merchandise features and benefits and explain project completion steps • Demonstrate product and services knowledge when answering customer questions • Identify opportunities to engage customers in other services programs • Cooperate with associates, supervisors, and managers on assigned work • Follow company policies, procedures, and work schedules • Travel primarily to appointments within a predefined geographic area and support company locations as needed • Use company-issued devices • Report directly to the Assistant Market Manager

🎯 Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States • Reliable transportation • High school diploma and/or GED • 1+ years of previous related work experience • No previous leadership experience required • Able to continuously stand or walk, or regularly lift/handle/carry 8–20 pounds • Must travel between locations • Comfortable working in indoor conditions that may occasionally produce mild discomfort
