📋 Description
• Answer inbound calls from donors • Follow structured scripts and campaign procedures • Accurately enter donation and pledge information • Navigate computer systems while speaking with callers • Meet established attendance and performance expectations • Support nonprofit fundraising campaigns by processing donor pledges or contributions
🎯 Requirements
• High school diploma/GED • 6+ months remote customer service or 1+ year customer service experience • Strong verbal communication and active listening • Ability to use multiple systems while speaking • Windows 11 PC • 8GB RAM minimum (16GB recommended) • USB noise-canceling headset • Wired high-speed internet via Ethernet • Quiet, distraction-free workspace • Dual monitors recommended • MacBooks, Chromebooks, tablets, and Wi-Fi-only connections are not permitted • Required certification must be completed before servicing • Eligibility may depend on experience, location, equipment, background requirements, and certification results
