📋 Description

• Support the stability, consistency, and reliability of our data platforms across multiple environments • Manage environment synchronization and support release and deployment activities • Identify and resolve DDL drift • Drive automation across the data lifecycle • Contribute to improving governance, documentation, and repeatability of processes for consistent outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in data engineering, database development, or DevOps-related roles • Strong hands-on experience with SQL Server (writing queries, understanding indexing, and managing schema changes) • Experience working across multiple environments (Dev, QA, Production) with responsibility for code and/or data promotion • Proficiency with version control systems; Github, including branching and merge strategies • Practical experience with deployment processes and/or CI/CD pipelines • Ability to identify and resolve schema drift, data inconsistencies, and environment misalignment issues • Experience writing basic automation scripts in Python • Solid understanding of release management and change control processes • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work cross-functionally with both technical and business teams.
