📋 Description

• Partner with plan leaders to develop strategy and drive outcomes • Coordinate across Clinical, Quality, Operations, Network, Finance, Compliance, Claims, Member Services, and IT shared services • Drive alignment, solve business challenges, and support implementation of organizational priorities • Oversee cross-functional initiatives and manage competing priorities • Lead strategic and operational initiatives for the Florida Medicaid health plan • Lead vendor strategy, governance, and performance • Translate strategic goals into implementation plans with milestones, accountability, and measurable outcomes • Direct multiple large-scale, cross-functional projects and transformation efforts • Represent the Florida Medicaid health plan on enterprise initiatives requiring Florida-specific activities • Drive readiness and implementation for Medicaid policy changes, regulations, contractual requirements, system implementations, and operational enhancements • Coordinate deliverables from Clinical, Quality, and Population Health teams for behavioral health, chronic disease management, preventive care, maternal health, and LTSS implementations • Monitor program outcomes using HEDIS, CAHPS, quality measures, access standards, operational metrics, and population health outcomes • Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and operational excellence • Build relationships with providers, community organizations, vendors, and state stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of managed care experience • Strong understanding of healthcare operations, business processes, and industry trends • Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, including senior leaders, business partners, and operational teams • Strong relationship management skills • Experience developing executive-level presentations and PowerPoint decks • Solid project management experience leading complex initiatives and managing multiple priorities • 3 years of analyzing and problem-solving skills • Ability to synthesize complex data, identify trends, and develop actionable recommendations • Experience leveraging data for business storytelling and strategic recommendations • Ability to support and influence business decisions through data analysis, reporting, and performance measurement • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Willingness and ability to travel 10–20% as needed • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
