📋 Description

• Deliver on-demand single session consultations, clinical assessments, triage, and informational services • Leverage advanced technology platforms to enhance customer experience and connect members to appropriate solutions • Support members via phone, video, or chat • Provide immediate, 24/7 access to mental health support through video, live chat, or phone • Deliver timely, high-quality mental health care through the Employee Assistance Program

🎯 Requirements

• Must reside in California • Unencumbered valid behavioral health license in the State of California: LCSW, LMFT, LPCC or Clinical Psychologist • 1+ years of crisis intervention experience • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Excellent multitasking abilities • Proficiency in using various technology platforms and tools • Master’s degree in a behavioral health or counseling field • Wednesday-Sunday, 9:00 AM-5:30 PM PST schedule, subject to business-needs adjustments
