📋 Description

• Provide outpatient services through Brave Health’s telehealth program • Deliver mental health treatment to patients across the lifespan, including adolescents ages 13–17 • Provide one-on-one psychotherapy • Diagnose mental health and/or substance abuse conditions • Develop treatment plans • Conduct comprehensive assessments • Partner with clients to achieve treatment goals • Provide approximately 30 patient-facing hours per week, typically seeing 6–8 patients per day • Complete clinical documentation concurrently during patient sessions • Use telehealth, video communication, and internal communication tools • Serve patients through commercial health plans, Medicaid, and Medicare

🎯 Requirements

• Master's level degree and licensure • Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future • Private work-from-home space suitable for patient safety and HIPAA requirements • Fluency in English • Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis • Treatment planning skills • Comfortable using telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools • Ability to use comprehensive assessments • Willingness to provide therapy to adolescents ages 13–17 • Approximately 30 patient-facing hours per week, typically 6–8 patients per day • Ability to complete clinical documentation concurrently during patient sessions • Ability to commit to a fixed Monday–Friday schedule • Experience providing one-on-one psychotherapy within the last 12 months is assessed in the application
