📋 Description

• Manage operational ticket queues through Salesforce Case work • Manage client-specific tasks • Monitor client tasks and support the PBM Billing Cycle • Document, review, and resolve cycle processing errors • Support project work, cycle issue resolution, and larger initiatives • Serve as first-line support for assigned tasks and case work • Work with Billing Production Advisors and Finance IT to support, review, and improve revenue cycle processes • Attend or conduct conference calls • Create work instruction documentation • Identify, initiate, and follow through on issues supporting enterprise-aligned projects • Recommend solutions for process inefficiencies • Work with cross-functional teams to resolve issues with broad organizational impact

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in a Finance related field • Experience working in Microsoft Excel • High Diploma or GED Required • Experience in PBM revenue cycle environment preferred • Experience creating, reviewing, and approving project documents, reporting, and work instructions preferred • Experience with SAP and SAP HANA, Access, and SAS is a plus • Self-starter, goal-oriented, ability to manage multiple assignments with strict deadlines • Intermediate to expert level in Microsoft Excel • Experience using PivotTables, V-Lookup, Filters, and Macros • Ability to flex work hours due to client invoice and report cadence • Ability to work occasional weekend and extended hours • Ability to identify, initiate, and follow through on issues • Ability to identify process inefficiencies and recommend solutions to management • Proven record working within cross-functional teams • Ability to interface with multiple business units and establish rapport with internal and external partners
