📋 Description

• Utilize a collaborative process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation • Engage and educate members • Promote and influence member decisions related to achieving and maintaining optimal health status • Provide health coaching through the 24-Hour Nurse Line • Work from home using phone, videoconference, email, multiple monitors, electronic documentation, and virtual collaboration tools • Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance • Meet performance metrics and additional reasonable requirements set by the Leader or Company

🎯 Requirements

• Active unrestricted RN compact state licensure • 3+ years of clinical experience required in Disease Management, Emergency Room, Critical Care, Medical/Surgical Care, telehealth and/or Oncology • Associate Degree required • Reliable phone and hard-wired internet service • Ability to work 11:00 PM–7:00 AM EST, every other weekend and 4 holidays per year • Availability for 8 hours per day and reachability via phone, videoconference, and email during work hours • Personal responsibilities, including dependent care, must not interfere with work duties • Secure and private work environment maintaining HIPAA compliance • Proficiency using multiple monitors and systems simultaneously • Ability to talk and type concurrently while managing multiple responsibilities • Basic technical troubleshooting for essential hardware and common technical issues • Experience with electronic documentation and virtual collaboration tools • Organized, results-oriented approach aligned with performance metrics • Ability to consistently meet or exceed established goals and expectations • Managed Care experience preferred • Previous coaching experience preferred • Telephone triage nursing experience is a model-candidate qualification • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent 3–5 years clinical experience preferred
