• Provide pre- and post-sale technical support in Routing/Switching and Wireless • Consult, configure, implement, troubleshoot, and maintain ownership of new HPM solutions team services for key customers throughout the Virginia Zone • Provide technical recommendations based on customer requirements • Support transition from a break-fix operating model to a customer-solutions-focused operating model • Drive continuous improvement of implementation methodology and service offerings • Support implementation of service strategies to achieve customer loyalty • Collaborate with clinical, sales, and service partners and diverse internal and external resources • Coordinate project resources and tasks to enable focus on customer deliverables • Complete timesheets, service work orders, expense reports, FCOs, preventative maintenance, installation documents, site and service documentation, and related paperwork • Adhere to Philips, State, and Federal regulatory requirements and established training, quality, and safety requirements • Install complex, multi-phased systems involving IT infrastructure and patient monitoring equipment • Build, deploy, and/or integrate solutions in clinical and non-clinical environments • Review system configurations for implementation viability and performance • Diagnose and resolve electronic, networking, and mechanical problems • Travel across the specified geography, with average driving time of 2–5 hours daily and travel potentially exceeding 75%; overnight, air, and train travel may be required
• 3+ years of professional working experience in IT technologies or the electronics industry • Experience preferably in a field or hospital-based service environment • Experience with patient monitoring, telemetry units, ventilators, and defibrillators highly preferred • Network configuration and/or troubleshooting experience • Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) certification, or obtain it within 4 months from beginning of employment • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Biomedical, or another related discipline • Ability to perform the minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental requirements for the Field Service position, with or without accommodation • Ability to work in an office/home office and/or remote setting and in a hospital/healthcare environment • Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime, weekends, and on-call rotations • Ability to wear all required personal protective equipment • US work authorization required; candidates requiring sponsorship now or in the future will not be considered • Must reside in or within commuting distance to Richmond, VA or Raleigh, NC
