📋 Description

• Provide virtual nutrition and wellness coaching to support healthy lifestyle changes • Develop individualized care plans and measurable health goals • Guide members in weight management, disease prevention, and medical nutrition therapy • Utilize motivational interviewing and active listening techniques to drive engagement and behavior change • Document member progress and outcomes accurately • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support whole-person health • Empower members through personalized nutrition counseling, behavior change coaching, and chronic disease prevention support • Partner one-on-one with members to develop achievable health goals and provide evidence-based nutrition guidance

🎯 Requirements

• Registered Dietitian (RD) credential required • Current state licensure where applicable • Willingness to obtain additional state licenses as needed • Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or related field • 5+ years of experience in health coaching, nutrition counseling, and behavior change • 5+ years supporting weight management, chronic disease management, and medical nutrition therapy • Strong motivational interviewing, communication, and relationship-building skills • Experience working with multidisciplinary teams • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and telehealth/digital health platforms
