• Provide In-Home Health Evaluations, engaging with people in the comfort of their own homes • Traveling - up to 100% of the time - across a defined coverage area • Conduct virtual visits as needed • Bring your heart into every visit, joining a national network of purpose-driven clinicians dedicated to improving health outcomes
🎯 Requirements
• Active, unrestricted license(s) in coverage area(s) • Board certification (required) • Able to obtain and maintain multi-state licenses in coverage area, as required • Able to cover the following primary locations: Able to cover all counties within Washington and flex to other areas of business need
