• Provide In-Home Health Evaluations, engaging with people in their own homes • Conduct virtual visits as needed • Use an iPad and an intuitive clinical workflow for each evaluation • Bring your heart into every visit, joining a national network of purpose-driven clinicians
🎯 Requirements
• Active, unrestricted license(s) in coverage area(s) • Able to obtain and maintain multi-state licenses in coverage area, as required
