📋 Description
• Partner closely with the Executive Director to shape sponsorship strategy • Develop executive-ready materials and recommendations for senior leadership • Synthesize inputs from across the sponsorship function into concise executive updates • Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, building strong relationships • Oversee the design and implementation of measurement frameworks, KPIs, and dashboards
🎯 Requirements
• 10+ years’ experience in strategy, operations, marketing, consulting, or partnership management • 5+ years’ experience leading or supporting enterprise-level initiatives with exposure to senior leadership • 5+ years’ experience managing multi-million-dollar partnerships, programs, or budgets • 5+ years’ experience in sports sponsorships or partnership-led marketing • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
