📋 Description

• Serve as a regional Continuous Improvement leader accountable for CI strategy, governance, and results • Audit, evaluate, coach, coordinate, and sustain CI initiatives across multiple manufacturing plants • Partner with Corporate CI, Plant Leadership, and Maintenance teams to deploy CI strategies and best practices • Drive improvements in operational efficiency, equipment reliability, and plant performance • Lead and facilitate Kaizen events for high-impact regional initiatives and complex cross-site opportunities • Train and mentor employees and plant leadership teams in Lean methodologies, including 5S, SMED, Centerlining, PdM, RCA, and Standard Work • Identify and implement process improvements that enhance reliability, efficiency, and waste reduction • Maintain management system evaluation logs, opportunity areas, and improvement logs • Track and report KPIs for operational management systems • Lead implementation and sustainment of the Refresco Management System across multiple sites • Champion best-practice sharing through cross-functional collaboration • Partner with plant leadership to improve workplace safety, energy efficiency, and material waste reduction • Report to the Continuous Improvement Director

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required in engineering field or related field preferred • 5+ years in Continuous Improvement / Lean roles • Experience in Continuous Improvement (CI) methodologies, such as Lean, with a proven ability to drive reliability and efficiency improvements • Strong leadership capabilities in a fast-paced production environment required • Hands-on experience deploying production management systems and Lean methodologies, including Value Stream Mapping, Standard Work, and Visual Management • Demonstrated success implementing and sustaining cultural, operational, and maintenance improvements through structured change management • Skilled in planning, leading, and coaching Kaizen events • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Windows); ability to adapt to new software applications • SAP Maintenance Module experience preferred • Comprehensive understanding of SQF standards, OSHA, and maintenance best practices • Ability to analyze maintenance and operational KPIs • Experience teaching, coaching, and applying structured problem-solving methodologies, including 5-Why, Fishbone Analysis, and Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams • Willingness to adjust work hours or shifts based on production, maintenance, and operational demands • Proactive approach to identifying, prioritizing, and executing maintenance and CI opportunities • Compliance with health and safety policies, GMPs, PPE requirements, food quality and food safety standards, and applicable regulations • Willingness to work weekdays, weekends, afternoons, evenings, overnight shifts, and holidays as required • Ability to travel up to 80%
