📋 Description

• Own highly complex business initiatives from intake through implementation • Develop end-to-end understanding of business processes and dependencies through Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) • Facilitate executive-level workshops to define strategy, priorities, and solution direction • Identify root causes, operational risks, and long-term improvement opportunities • Serve as primary business owner for solution definition and delivery readiness • Lead large, cross-functional projects and multi-phase initiatives • Manage scope, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations • Facilitate complex decision-making across multiple business units • Serve as primary escalation point for assigned initiatives • Provide executive-ready updates on risks, impacts, decisions, and outcomes • Build trusted advisor relationships with senior business and technical leaders • Identify process optimization opportunities • Promote transparency, accountability, and predictable delivery • Support onboarding through knowledge sharing and mentoring • Conduct peer reviews of BRDs and project deliverables • Share facilitation and consultative delivery practices • Foster ownership, collaboration, and continuous learning

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, Analytics, Healthcare Administration, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent professional experience • 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Project Delivery, Product Management, Program Management, Process Improvement, or related disciplines • Experience leading highly complex, cross-functional business and technology initiatives • Proven ability to independently facilitate executive-level meetings and influence business decisions • Advanced experience documenting business requirements, functional specifications, business rules, and process flows • Ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives with competing priorities • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills • Experience working with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies • Experience with Jira, Confluence, or comparable project management platforms • Preferred: experience supporting Pharmacy Benefit Management, Healthcare, Finance, Revenue Cycle, or Insurance organizations • Preferred: experience partnering with Analytics Engineering, Data Engineering, Business Intelligence, or Software Development teams • Preferred: strong understanding of analytics delivery lifecycles and enterprise reporting solutions • Preferred: experience with SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or business intelligence concepts • Preferred: experience leading enterprise transformation or operational improvement initiatives • Preferred: experience mentoring analysts or leading project delivery communities of practice • Preferred: Lean Six Sigma, CBAP, PMI-PBA, PMP, CSM, or comparable professional certifications • Preferred: demonstrated expertise in stakeholder management, organizational change, and consultative solution delivery
