📋 Description

• Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of multiple sponsored product projects from conception through launch and post-launch analysis • Serve as the primary liaison between Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Legal, and external sponsors • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success metrics with Product and Sales teams • Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets • Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure timely, in-scope delivery • Facilitate communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams • Optimize project management processes, tools, and best practices • Track project progress, report on key milestones, and conduct post-mortem analyses • Ensure sponsored product deliverables meet quality standards, brand guidelines, and technical specifications

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in related field (scientific or technical), or equivalent work experience preferred • 4-8 years of experience preferred (regulated medical and/or pharmaceutical field) • 2-4 years of proven project management experience, preferred with a strong track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build rapport with diverse stakeholders • Proficiency with project management software and/or Microsoft Excel • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • PMP (Project Management), CSM (Certified Scrum Master) or other relevant project management certification preferred • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies • Experience working with external clients or partners in a project management capacity • Understanding of data analytics and reporting tools relevant to advertising performance
