📋 Description

• Assist the Project Manager with planning, scheduling, and coordinating all phases of a project • Manage subcontractor relations, cost accounting and billing procedures, procurement, and liaison with owners, architects, subcontractors, and suppliers • Collaborate with appropriate team members • Facilitate team and client meetings • Communicate regular status updates with the Project Team • Communicate relevant project information to the Project Manager and other key players • Comply with and help enforce standard policies and procedures • Manage daily operational aspects of projects, scope, and client interaction • Track and report project milestones, deliverables, resource parameters, and budget • Serve as the point for system changes and enhancements after project implementation, ensuring changes are tracked • Identify necessary resources to complete projects and communicate them • Manage several projects at one time • Follow up with clients daily or weekly until problems are resolved • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, Architectural or related field preferred • Demonstrated experience in estimating and managing self-performed work activities and subcontracted work • Knowledge of standard commercial construction practices • Experience with Microsoft Project or other scheduling software • Must be well versed in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Access • Ability to read plans • Minimum 2 years construction work experience preferred but not required • Must be able to pass a federal background check • Must be a US citizen • Physically mobile with reasonable accommodations • Ability to sit and stand for extended periods • Ability to read computer screens, email, and talk on the phone • Ability to bend, reach, kneel, twist, and grip items while working at assigned desk area • Ability to lift up to twenty-five (25) pounds
