📋 Description

• Lead large-scale operational improvement efforts focused on business process optimization and technology adoption • Manage multiple improvement projects through planning, development, launch, monitoring, debrief facilitation, and closeout • Develop project plans covering scope, timelines, resources, dependencies, and risks • Create and maintain project documentation and artifacts • Lead cross-functional teams of business stakeholders, operational leaders, IT partners, developers, and vendors • Liaise between operations and IT teams to communicate business needs • Track and report project progress to stakeholders and leadership • Ensure deliverables meet quality standards, business requirements, and technical specifications • Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather business and technical requirements • Document, validate, and maintain traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle • Coordinate and lead user acceptance testing before go-live • Lead process mapping sessions for current- and future-state workflows using methods such as swimlane diagrams and value stream maps • Analyze processes and supporting systems to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities • Design optimized workflows with service teams to improve productivity and revenue outcomes • Use data analytics to track metrics, demonstrate ROI, and support data-driven decisions • Support post-implementation stabilization by monitoring adoption, tracking issues, and coordinating resolutions • Drive process improvements and technology adoption as a change agent • Ensure processes, SOPs, and tools comply with HIPAA, applicable laws, accrediting agency standards, OSHA, Medicare/Medicaid, and payor guidelines • Comply with ethical and professional standards, regulations, the Advamed Code of Ethics, and company policies • Perform other duties as assigned • Comfort Medical provides catheter and ostomy supplies to customers nationwide

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or 10+ years’ equivalent professional experience • 3+ years of experience leading operational improvement, process change, or cross-functional project initiatives in a complex, high-volume environment • Experience delivering operational improvement projects from initiation through closure with demonstrated business impact • Strong project management skills and cross-functional team leadership experience • Ability to drive user adoption and change management for new processes, systems, or technologies • Expertise in process mapping and modeling techniques • Proficiency in Lean, Six Sigma, or BPM methodologies • Experience gathering, documenting, and validating business requirements • Advanced proficiency with process mapping and project management tools such as Visio, Azure DevOps, or Smartsheet • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Strong facilitation and stakeholder management capabilities • PMP or Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt preferred • Experience with automation, AI, or digital transformation solutions preferred • Healthcare operations experience, particularly DMEPOS, revenue cycle management, or order-to-cash operations preferred • Experience with Brightree System preferred • Knowledge of change management methodologies preferred • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools preferred • Experience supporting operational teams through process change and system adoption preferred
