📋 Description
• Lead cross-functional initiatives spanning Medical Affairs, Analytics, Network, Market, and Business teams • Drive alignment across stakeholders, establishing clear ownership, accountability, timelines, and expected outcomes • Identify risks, dependencies, and execution barriers, facilitating resolution to maintain momentum and achieve business objectives • Develop and manage implementation roadmaps, milestones, and deliverables for complex initiatives • Partner with Medical Affairs leaders to translate strategic priorities into executable plans and measurable outcomes
🎯 Requirements
• 5 years experience managing complex projects/programs • Project management training or certification preferred • Bachelor's degree and equivalent experience required • Master's degree preferred
