📋 Description

• Support the design, execution, and ongoing operation of pricing strategies. • Own and maintain job aids and work instructions for Underwriters on proper use of pricing models. • Develop clear, structured requirements documents for IT and modeling teams. • Complete and manage FAF enhancement intake forms for updates to client pricing documents. • Support structured communication tracking and follow‑up for key pricing initiatives. • Provide quality checks during welcome season by reviewing client pricing documents. • Monitor and report on pricing model performance metrics. • Perform pricing comparisons between Caremark pricing outputs and external reference points.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years experience working with pricing models, financial data, project management or healthcare / PBM analytics. • Experience translating complex technical concepts into plain‑language guidance. • Experience in pricing strategy, underwriting support, healthcare analytics, or PBM‑related roles. • Familiarity with PBM pricing models, rebate methodologies, or drug‑level price analysis is strongly preferred. • Comfort interpreting model outputs, identifying anomalies, and validating assumptions. • Strong ability to produce clear, structured documentation (job aids, requirements, intake forms).
