đź“‹ Description

• Complete discovery efforts and clearly define problems to solve within the Specialty digital patient journey • Build detailed business cases for new or enhanced digital capabilities by utilizing data to ensure both patient and business value in alignment with our OKRs • Define high-level North Star experience based on validated problems to solve • Help define how the capability and/or feature should be prioritized amongst other digital efforts across the business unit • Work in partnership with various stakeholder groups including digital product, engineering, design, legal and compliance, IT, and operations to gain alignment • Provide leadership readouts both pre- and post-production to gain alignment and feedback • Monitor and review data and insights, customer feedback, and other analyses related to in-flight digital products and recommending steps forward when issues arise

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare strategy, management consulting, healthcare technology, product management, product or business development • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Proven ability to consolidate and interpret operational data into actionable insights • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required • Ability to travel up to 10% of time, on an as needed basis
