📋 Description

• Lead development of analytics, reporting, and data solutions supporting VBC contracts and performance management • Translate business needs into scalable data solutions using SQL and modern data platforms • Oversee delivery of provider performance reporting, cost analytics, and executive dashboards • Partner with clinical, network, and technology teams to design and implement VBC programs • Ensure data accuracy, governance, and alignment across internal and external reporting • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve financial and clinical outcomes • Manage, mentor, and develop a team of analysts and data professionals

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in analytics, healthcare, or value-based care • Strong proficiency in SQL for data analysis and transformation • Experience working with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or similar cloud data environments (e.g., BigQuery) • Experience working with large, complex datasets (claims, provider, or healthcare data preferred) • Familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
