📋 Description

• Participate in the Aetna Managed Medicaid Fellowship focused on the health plan side of pharmacy benefits management • Work on utilization management projects across Medicaid Pharmacy shared services teams and individual health plans • Support shared service functions for clinical and operational administration of pharmacy benefit services • Contribute to optimized medication utilization and high-quality outcomes • Gain exposure to projects designed to cultivate future Aetna/CVS Health leaders

🎯 Requirements

• PharmD graduate of a U.S. accredited program prior to beginning Post-Graduate Training Program at CVS Health • Pharmacist licensure within 90 days of hire date • Working knowledge of drug information resources • Effective communication and presentation skills • Strong writing ability • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills • Travel may be required for training programs and professional meetings and conferences • Demonstrated growth mindset and willingness to learn and accept feedback • Proven track record of high performance
