📋 Description

• Execute and track various clinical program strategies • Collaborate with Pharmacy Analytics and Consulting, Marketing, Trade, and Humana Clinical Pharmacy Review teams • Maintain clinical program target drug lists with the Clinical Formulary and Medical Strategies team • Track, analyze, and report program-specific key performance indicators • Develop and sustain relationships with external vendors and internal operations teams • Participate in clinical program innovation, including new initiatives and enhancements to existing programs • Work cross-functionally to support continuous improvement and program excellence • Travel occasionally to Humana offices for training or meetings

🎯 Requirements

• PharmD from an accredited institution • Active pharmacist license with the Board of Pharmacy in state of residence • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Strong Microsoft Excel skills for tracking, analyzing, and creating insights from data sets • Expertise working collaboratively and communicating with staff in different positions and all levels of management • Managed Care Residency Training or 3 years working as a managed care pharmacist preferred • Board Certification preferred • Master's Degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred • Experience in HPS Clinical Programs or HCPR operations preferred • Minimum internet speed of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload for home employees • Dedicated workspace without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information
