📋 Description

• Develop data-driven solutions and program offerings to enhance pharmacy financial and operational performance • Execute project plans across multiple client engagements and ensure timely delivery of milestones • Facilitate client meetings, strategic discussions, project updates, and presentations • Perform advanced data analysis, modeling, and benchmarking • Partner with Spend Management, Analytics, and Pharmacy Leadership teams to improve operational efficiency, clinical outcomes, and cost management • Analyze and optimize classes of trade, including 340B and WAC, by evaluating purchasing strategies, contract performance, and regulatory considerations • Collaborate with suppliers and internal partners to identify contracting opportunities, support negotiations, and advance value-based agreements • Develop dashboards, executive presentations, and reporting tools • Identify cost savings, revenue enhancement, and operational improvement opportunities • Build collaborative relationships to support knowledge sharing and implementation of strategic initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Relevant degree preferred • 5 or more years of relevant experience required • Experience in pharmacy operations, pharmacy business management, GPO, or healthcare consulting preferred • Expertise in data analytics, financial modeling, and analysis of large datasets • Experience interpreting and presenting complex operational and financial information to pharmacy and executive leadership • Strong project management, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment • Excellent written, verbal, facilitation, and presentation skills • Ability to build collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams and clients • Ability to travel regularly and expeditiously throughout the year to meet clients’ needs and timetables
