📋 Description

• Proactively identify and advance business development opportunities with new and existing clients • Identify opportunities to drive business initiatives by eliminating barriers and creating innovative solutions • Lead client relationships for strategic pharmaceutical consulting initiatives • Maintain relationships with client business process owners and key stakeholders • Identify project goals, objectives, critical success factors, and success measures • Develop detailed project plans • Prepare presentations and reports communicating project status and complex initiatives • Deliver engaging, informative, and well-organized presentations • Lead planning and execution of assigned projects • Mentor and develop supporting staff resources • Communicate difficult or sensitive information tactfully • Manage project operations and scope, including meeting facilitation and documentation • Lead project reviews and ensure compliance with quality assurance procedures • Minimize risk exposure and raise awareness of at-risk items

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years in a managed care pharmacy setting, such as PBM, health plan, or related organization • 10+ years developing and executing a variety of pharmaceutical projects • Bachelor's degree • Knowledge of the US healthcare system relating to benefit design and reimbursement • Experience with Commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid channels • Demonstrated ability to interact with senior leadership internally and externally • Ability to communicate and present effectively in virtual and in-person settings • Excellent facilitation and interpersonal skills • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams • Highly proficient in Microsoft O365 products, including Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
