📋 Description

• Provide psychosocial support and education to address the mental wellbeing of individuals, couples/families ages 13+ • Practice at the top of license with support of clinical care team • Build and grow the MinuteClinic practice without the burden of payor contracting, credentialing, and billing • Deliver evidence-based care and utilize assessment and treatment planning tools

🎯 Requirements

• Current, active, and unencumbered State License as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) • Proven excellent diagnostic, care collaboration, treatment planning, and short-term counseling skills including motivational interviewing, problem solving therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy • Must be willing and able to obtain additional state licensure • Demonstrated exceptional interpersonal and team skills • Experience with or willingness to learn and adapt to virtual therapy delivery • Proven deep understanding of the psychosocial aspects of illness and health • Tech-savvy and comfortable using electronic health record systems • Evidence of strong crisis intervention skills • Previous experience in a mental health clinic or hospital setting • Completed Master’s degree program from an accredited College or University
