📋 Description

• Provide psychosocial support and education to individuals, couples, and families ages 13+ • Practice at the top of license with support from the clinical care team • Deliver evidence-based mental health care • Use assessment and treatment planning tools to support continuity of care • Build and grow the MinuteClinic practice • Collaborate on patient care and treatment planning

🎯 Requirements

• Current, active, and unencumbered North Carolina state license as an LCSW, LPC, LCMHC/LMHC, or LMFT • Must be willing and able to obtain additional state licensure • Will be required to obtain licenses to practice in multiple states based on business needs • Proven excellent diagnostic, care collaboration, treatment planning, and short-term counseling skills • Experience leveraging evidence-based methodologies, including motivational interviewing, problem solving therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy • Completed Master’s degree program from an accredited College or University • Preferred: exceptional interpersonal and team skills • Preferred: experience with or willingness to learn and adapt to virtual therapy delivery • Preferred: deep understanding of the psychosocial aspects of illness and health • Preferred: comfort using electronic health record systems and engaging on multiple platforms • Preferred: understanding of insurance, Medicaid, and Medicare billing requirements • Preferred: strong crisis intervention skills • Preferred: previous experience in a mental health clinic or hospital setting
