📋 Description

• Support one plan sponsor through site visits to educate and promote Employee Assistance Program benefits • Travel approximately two to three weeks per month within the continental United States • Order supplies and communications and communicate regularly with warehouse contacts • Coordinate with warehouse management, employees, account team, and HR executives • Create engagement and employee inquiry tracking • Present benefits overviews to assigned locations and/or managers • Coordinate location trainings and perform other administrative duties as needed

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a client-facing role • Ability to travel 50-75% of the time within the continental United States, averaging about 2-3 weeks per month • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook • High school diploma or GED • Previous experience working in EAP or mental wellbeing preferred • Growth mindset, including agility for developing yourself and others preferred • Clinical license and/or experience related to mental wellbeing preferred • Eloquent public speaker preferred • Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills preferred • Proficiency in data tracking and analysis preferred • Excellent communication skills preferred • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to develop and maintain successful relationships with internal and external constituents preferred • Superior execution and delivery skills preferred • Collaboration and teamwork skills preferred • Bachelor's degree preferred
