📋 Description

• Serve as the clinical subject matter expert on the account team • Provide clinical consulting services by analyzing drug utilization patterns and trends for Pharmacy Benefit Management clients • Deliver quarterly and annual reporting on the clinical aspects of clients' benefit plans • Educate clients on CVS Health's clinical programs and solutions • Recommend client implementation and adoption of clinical programs and solutions • Maintain above-average client satisfaction scores • Contribute to account-team revenue growth related to clinical programs and solutions • Partner and liaise with internal teams and clinicians supporting client clinical programs • Meet tight deadlines and apply superior writing and organizational skills • Travel as required, up to 40% of the time

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of managed care experience or 1 year of CVS Health or other Managed Care Residency program • Active pharmacist license in good standing • Ability to travel up to 40% of the time, including flights, overnight stays, local travel, short-notice travel and other necessary travel • Excellent presentation and oral/written communication skills • Demonstrated understanding of formulary and utilization management • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD • Preferred: demonstrated experience in a client-facing role
