📋 Description

• Lead discovery and delivery for a focused squad from user research through product launch • Conduct user research and discovery with claims processors and operations teams • Own the squad backlog and sprint delivery, including requirements, prioritization, and scope tradeoffs • Partner with Data Scientists to define model logic, validation criteria, and product rules • Drive cross-functional delivery across engineering, UX, and business stakeholders • Define and track success metrics tied to operational efficiency, decision quality, and user adoption • Represent product decisions clearly to senior leadership and operational partners

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of Product Management experience with demonstrated ownership of a product from discovery through delivery • 2+ years of experience partnering with Data Science and Engineering teams to ship AI, ML, or analytics-powered products • 2+ years of experience conducting user research and translating complex operational workflows into buildable product requirements • 2+ years of experience leading cross-functional delivery in complex organizational environments with multiple technical and business stakeholders • 2+ years of experience working in Agile environments: backlog ownership, sprint planning, and scope management • 2+ years demonstrating strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to represent product decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Business, or a related analytical field • Experience in healthcare claims processing, utilization management, or a similarly regulated, high-stakes workflow environment • Background building products for frontline operations or internal enterprise users • Familiarity with compliance-sensitive data environments (PII, PHI, or equivalent) • Experience with workflow analysis or operational efficiency tooling
