📋 Description

• Lead customer deployments, aligning customer teams and Lorikeet engineers on priorities and success criteria • Own a portfolio of growth accounts after launch, including Concierge performance, product usage, retention, and account growth • Set deployment direction with the Forward Deployed Engineer • Investigate product improvements and build and deploy fixes to production • Teach customer teams to build, test, and improve Concierge independently • Identify new use cases and build expansion cases within each account • Bring evidence-backed customer problems to Product and follow them through shipment • Build, test, and deploy changes in the product • Use Coach and Claude Code to investigate problems, test changes, and ship improvements • Identify recurring problems across customers and ensure they are solved systematically • Operate each account as a business and grow usage against the contract

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of owning customer outcomes in account management, customer success, consulting, implementation, product, or operations • Experience earning the trust of senior customer leaders and growing accounts over time • Experience at a startup or scale-up • Experience building things with AI • Ability to investigate API documentation, conversation logs, and usage data • Experience helping customers or colleagues gain value from complex products • Bonus: experience in fintech, healthcare, or another regulated industry • Bonus: experience shaping a product roadmap with customer evidence • Bonus: experience deploying an AI product and tying it to a measurable business outcome • Traditional credentials are not required; eagerness to learn and user obsession are valued
