📋 Description

• Lead, plan, and execute cross-functional projects to deliver scope, schedule, budget, and quality outcomes • Partner with business stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership to drive project goals • Manage project risks, issues, and escalations • Support and strengthen the Enterprise Pricing vision • Plan and execute business activities for Enterprise initiatives with Business Leads and their teams • Deliver project status updates • Drive continuous improvement in project delivery • Analyze and review metrics related to project initiatives • Report findings and recommend improvements for new and existing processes

• Positive and team-oriented approach • Ability to proactively solve problems, identify and remove roadblocks, triage issues, and prioritize work • Strong interpersonal, relationship, collaboration, and listening skills • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Ability to develop and manage project plans • Ability to develop presentations, communications, and tools to communicate project status, issues, and risks • Strong analytical skills and understanding of data-driven business decision-making • Strong time management and multitasking skills • Adaptability and resilience • 5+ years of project management or related experience • Experience presenting to senior leadership • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills • Proficiency with project management tools and Microsoft Office • Experience managing medium- to large-scale projects preferred • Ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct authority preferred • PMP, CAPM, Scrum Master, or other project management certification preferred • Experience managing technology, process improvement, transformation, or pricing-related projects preferred • Familiarity with financial modeling, cost-benefit analysis, or budget management preferred • Experience working in complex, matrixed environments preferred • Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience required • MBA or other advanced degree preferred
