📋 Description

• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables across ERP, HCM, and OCI workstreams • Align scope and requirements with Oracle Cloud, PeopleSoft, EBS, and OCI capabilities with solution architects and technical leads • Maintain project documentation, logs, RAID/RTM materials, agendas, and testing repositories • Support onboarding, project setup, and adherence to PMO templates and public sector processes • Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for client communication, including public sector agency stakeholders • Manage expectations around timelines, deliverables, risks, and change requests • Lead recurring status meetings and post agendas and meeting minutes • Coordinate functional, technical, infrastructure, and QA team members across workstreams • Support onshore/offshore alignment and resolve blockers or conflicts • Monitor project budgets, burn rate, staffing updates, forecasting, and financial reporting • Track risks, issues, action items, mitigation discussions, escalations, and change control • Coordinate SIT, UAT, testing documentation, test cases, logs, and approvals • Support cutover planning, go-live execution, and post-go-live readiness • Provide project status updates using R/Y/G indicators and required client reports • Ensure compliance with Highstreet methodology and participate in internal QA/PMO checkpoints • Improve post-go-live handoff processes and lessons learned documentation

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, IT, Business, or related field • 2–5 years of project management experience, including ERP, HCM, or cloud/on-premises infrastructure implementations • Experience reviewing or supporting functional design documents, process flows, or accounting mappings • Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills • Experience with project management tools such as JIRA and MS Project • Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage multiple workstreams across cloud and legacy environments • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Preferred: experience with OCI, ERP systems, reporting systems, and web applications • Preferred: experience supporting public sector clients or government agency engagements • Preferred: familiarity with PMO governance, RAID management, and change control processes • PMP, CAPM, or Agile certification is a plus
