📋 Description

• Manage and lead client implementation and hotel sourcing processes for assigned accounts within defined timelines • Serve as the main client point of contact, providing consultancy and expertise throughout projects • Develop and maintain detailed project plans • Lead weekly virtual project meetings, including agendas and follow-up notes • Liaise with vendors and suppliers on behalf of clients • Track project progress, deadlines, risks, issues, and mitigation plans • Coordinate project details with internal department stakeholders • Support multinational and global implementations with in-country affiliations and resources • Conduct in-person and virtual client launch sessions, traveler acclimation, process education, and online booking tool training • Recommend resources and solutions based on client requirements • Participate in internal meetings concerning project status, issue resolution, client feedback, and resource coordination • Conduct post-project handover meetings with clients and Client Solutions Managers • Manage multiple simultaneous projects and address client/team member issues • Maintain professional knowledge through educational opportunities, publications, and networks • Drive standards, best practices, innovation, and continual operational improvements • Perform other duties, projects, and assignments as determined by business needs

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; not stated as required • Two years of client-facing project management experience • Understanding of corporate/business travel management practices • Strong project management and analytical skills • Ability to manage workflow and meet deadlines • Effective follow-up system for timely and accurate information handling • Experience building positive internal and external relationships • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to deliver clear, compelling presentations and manage group interaction • Understanding of travel technology and travel management operations • Experience with online booking tools and agency mid/back-office systems strongly preferred • Highly organized with strong attention to detail • Ability to identify operating challenges and apply tactical and strategic solutions • Ability to drive and influence change • Effective time-management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously • Advanced working knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications • Strong technical skills • Self-motivated, proactive, and committed to personal goals and work ethic • Ability to work flexible hours to meet client needs • Willingness and ability to travel to client locations throughout the United States • Occasional business travel with overnight stays may be required • Ability to meet stated physical demands, including occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds
