📋 Description

• Conduct structured quality checks for compliance, consistency, and responsiveness to RFP requirements • Ensure content aligns with Aetna style, bid guides, templates, and brand voice • Collaborate with proposal writers and Quality team members to provide edits and feedback • Use SharePoint, Microsoft Word, PerfectIt, and AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency and consistency • Follow proposal processes, timelines, and quality standards for timely, accurate work • Develop knowledge of Aetna Medicaid products, proposal structure, and industry best practices • Participate in team meetings, training, and coaching • Work extended hours, including nights and weekends, during proposal review stages • Support and drive internal processes and procedures, including scorecards, quality business reports, style guides, and performance measures

🎯 Requirements

• Two plus years of experience in a quality reviewer/editor capacity • Medicaid Managed Care or government and healthcare knowledge / experience • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Understanding of Associated Press and internal style guides • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including SharePoint, Word, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint • Proficiency with AI technology/tools, including Asana, Domo, and proposal management software • Ability to travel up to 15–30% • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience • Knowledge of APMP and Shipley best practices preferred • Six Sigma certification preferred • APMP Bid/Proposal Foundation Certification preferred
