📋 Description

• Execute routine business support tasks for the Data Services function under general supervision • Support the Finance department and interact with Underwriting and Account Management specialists • Enter baseline demographic transactions into the provider directory to support claim adjudication procedures • Perform data service intake triage and review details to respond to customer/member inquiries • Conduct regular audits of provider information and escalate issues to management • Support Data Services Change Management and Process Optimization strategies • Follow management direction to execute work area techniques, processes, and responsibilities • Respond to auditor data requests, questions, and discrepancies • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• At least 1 year of healthcare and/or data entry experience • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Teams, Excel, Word, etc.) • Resides in Arizona • Previous experience with SQL and QXNT • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, working with formulas and large data sets • Working knowledge of problem solving and decision-making skills • Strong attention to detail • Excellent organization and time management skills • Basic communication skills • Strong desire to grow and learn, with a curious and investigative nature • High school diploma or GED
