📋 Description

• Reconcile rebate payments from manufacturers with invoices for those rebates • Perform reconciliation duties on complex accounts • Provide coaching, training, and management oversight to team members • Develop and design processes for reconciliation function • Lead projects and solve complex and escalated issues • Collaborate with internal partners and external manufacturers • Drive value for clients by reducing drug spend

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years financial or analytical experience • 5+ years’ experience in MS Excel (advanced skills required) • Experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment • Experience with contract administration, financial and/or data analysis, reconciliations, and complex processes • PBM or pharmaceutical manufacturer experience and knowledge of pharmaceutical products • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Math, or Economics preferred (or equivalent work experience)
