📋 Description

• Develop financial models to evaluate existing and future business • Participate in month-end financial close and reporting • Help develop annual budget and recurring forecast updates • Create monthly, quarterly, and annual reports • Analyze, track, and report on large data sets • Maintain up-to-date and accurate databases by entering, verifying, and backing up data • Aid cost analysis processes by established policies and procedures, providing trends and forecasts • Present financial models and findings to senior leaders/executive management • Monitor and analyze the competitive environment and make comparative analyses, recommended changes in methods and materials • Protect ExactCare operations by maintaining confidentiality of financial information • Partner cross-functionally across Centers of Excellence to meet financial goals

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in finance, economics, or related field • 2+ years of financial analysis experience • Strong proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Office Suite • Presenting to senior leaders or executive management teams • Knowledge of finance, financial methods, tools, and strategies • Ability to read, interpret, and draw accurate conclusions from numerical material • Knowledge of the functions, automated tools, and processes needed to oversee financial assets and liabilities across the organization • Ability to prepare financial statements, reports, and presentations by utilizing financial processes and tools • Ability to work independently and bring innovative ideas to the Finance Center of Excellence
