📋 Description

• Evaluate and execute potential capital raising transactions • Manage engagement with current and potential investors • Work cross-functionally with partners across the finance department • Develop reporting and analyses for Management and Board

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of investment banking and/or private equity experience • Extensive experience with financial / operating modeling and analyses that underpin capital raising and M&A transactions • Interest in and experience with leveraging latest AI tools to drive workflow efficiency and quality improvement • Undergraduate degree from top-tier university
