📋 Description

• Serve as CFO for a portfolio of up to 30 clients • Analyze financial statements, KPIs, cash flow, profitability, and business performance • Identify financial trends, operational risks, and growth opportunities • Deliver monthly financial reviews and strategic recommendations • Help business owners understand financial data and turn insights into action • Partner with bookkeepers to improve financial accuracy and reporting • Develop budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections • Hold clients accountable to financial goals and performance metrics • Build trusted long-term client relationships • Collaborate with internal team members to deliver an exceptional client experience

🎯 Requirements

• Direct experience managing 5+ concurrent client or business-unit relationships in an advisory, fractional, or multi-entity capacity — this is a hard requirement, not a preference. • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business field • Strong accounting and financial management background • Ability to translate complex financial information into practical business advice • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills • High emotional intelligence and executive presence • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
