📋 Description

• Provide consultation to the ABHIL Quality Department, stakeholders, and National data teams based on analysis and identification of key drivers of results • Use data to identify clinical trends, analyze high-cost claimants and population health trends, evaluate performance results, monitor engagement, and collaborate on improvement opportunities • Use statistical analysis, data visualization tools, and database queries to identify trends, patterns, and quality improvement opportunities • Develop and maintain performance metrics and dashboards tracking patient safety, clinical effectiveness, patient experience, and compliance with quality standards • Contribute data-driven insights and recommendations to quality improvement projects and initiatives • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement evidence-based practices, care protocols, and process improvements • Assist with audits and chart reviews to monitor compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards • Prepare reports and presentations on quality metrics, performance trends, and improvement initiatives • Communicate findings transparently to leadership, providers, and other stakeholders • Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate quality improvement efforts and resolve care coordination issues • Assist in developing and delivering training on quality management principles, best practices, and data visualization tools

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, slicers, and visualizations • Proficient Power BI skills, including basic data modeling, data import, and DAX • Advanced SQL Server Management Studio skills and succinct SQL coding for ETL of large SQL databases • Advanced AI engine skills, such as Microsoft Copilot, for SQL coding and analytics • Advanced SQL database table design skills, including data dictionaries and data validation • Advanced data peer review skills to ensure data is valid, accurate, and complete • Advanced geospatial intelligence skills using ArcGIS Pro or QGIS Pro • Proficient in HEDIS measures and basic understanding of NCQA stars • Advanced population analytics and profiling, including SDOH, IP, ER, OP, Dx, Rx, HEDIS, SOGI, and GeoIntel • Excellent organizational skills using Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Planner • Independent management of data analytics requests from specing to output generation • In-depth root cause analysis of data variation and data quality issues • In-depth data analyses regarding HEDIS performance, population health management, and SDOH disparities • Training courses in geospatial analytics or equivalent geospatial work experience • Positive attitude • Excellent attention to detail • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills • Ability to deal with ambiguity and work in a fast-paced environment • Excellent process improvement skills • Excellent standardization skills • Ability to adjust analytics communication to audience data literacy levels • Bachelor’s Degree required • Master’s Degree preferred
