📋 Description

• Serve as the primary owner and delivery lead for assigned project requests from intake through production support • Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders to understand objectives, pain points, and desired outcomes • Document current-state processes, workflows, operational procedures, business rules, dependencies, assumptions, and operational impacts • Challenge unclear requirements and ensure project requests meet intake and delivery-readiness standards • Develop Business Requirements Documents using the team’s standardized framework • Maintain traceability between requirements and delivered solutions and own requirement quality throughout the project lifecycle • Partner with solution architects, engineering teams, developers, QA, analytics resources, business stakeholders, and leadership • Facilitate project checkpoints, stakeholder reviews, and decision-making sessions • Monitor project scope, risks, dependencies, timelines, and action items • Escalate delivery risks and propose mitigation strategies • Support User Acceptance Testing, implementation planning, production readiness, and business sign-off • Maintain project documentation in Jira and Confluence • Drive accountability for action items through project completion • Communicate project status, risks, recommendations, and decisions to leadership • Promote transparency, accountability, and predictable delivery across assigned initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in Business Analysis, Project Management, Product Delivery, Process Improvement, or a related role • Experience leading cross-functional business initiatives from requirements gathering through implementation • Experience facilitating stakeholder meetings and translating business needs into actionable requirements • Experience documenting business processes, workflows, and functional requirements • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment • Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio or equivalent process mapping tools • Experience using Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or comparable project management platforms • Experience supporting Business Intelligence, Data Engineering, Analytics, Automation, or Technology delivery teams preferred • Experience writing Business Requirements Documents, Functional Requirements, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria preferred • Experience facilitating Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project delivery methodologies preferred • Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or Design Thinking preferred • Healthcare, Pharmacy Benefit Management, Finance, or Revenue Cycle experience preferred • PMI-PBA, CBAP, PMP, CSM, Lean Six Sigma, or comparable professional certifications are a plus • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and professional experience
